Has anyone had experience with being a Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Campground?

I have a friend who is thinking about buying a Yogi campground and would like to talk to someone who was a Yogi campground and get their option of it. They have talked to the Yogi parks who are happy with it, now he’s looking to hear from someone who is no longer with them to find out the down side.
