    Default creating auto backup from Event Actions Setup

    i am not having much luck with using the event actions setup. i have copied and pasted the condition exp and action exp as it is in the Automatic Backup each day to a new location help file. when i use the calculate button, i am getting errors. i thought i might try to see if my exp were correct by seeing if i could get a backup every min, but that ain't working either. what am i doing wrong?

    Default

    Well you're obviously entering (or copying) something incorrectly. This is programming, so every letter/character is critical. I can't help you without seeing exactly what you have entered (send us the database through Help / E-mail database & logs to support). BTW, standard support doesn't really include debugging customizations, but if it's a simple thing we can probably help.

    Default creating auto backup from Event Actions Setup

    after i sent this thread out, i did some more checking in the forum and found some files you had sent. this is what i entered into event actions. pasted it right from the files you entered.

    Hour(DateTime()) = 5 AND Workstation() = 0

    BackupDatabase("C:\\CM Backup " + FormatDateTime("%Y-%m-%d", Today()) + ".zip")

    thanks for your help
