We have decided that it is time for us to move on. We aren't ready to list the park with a broker yet, but thought we would put out some feelers. If you are in the market you might wanna give our place a look before we get tied into Realtor fees.

www.riverbendrv.com Price is still being worked out, so.........I can't answer that question yet.

I don't expect this place will sell overnight, so I think I will be around to give you grief for awhile :D

We just bought an rv park from a lady that had a similar situation. she built an rv park with her husband and came to found out it was a little too much work. because they didn't have much income coming in they did not have much financial room to work with. We found the park advertised on rvparksale.com (http://www.rvparksale.com) I know for a fact it did not cost her a cent to advertise it. Apparently they do it for free. Try that and hopefully you will get some hits or maybe an interested party. Good luck

Well, after several years of back and forth on the decision to sell or not sell, we are back in sell mode. It is just so hard to walk away from something that has been so good to us over the years. The lifestyle, the people, working in nature, all of it is so rewarding.

Anyway, if anyone out there is looking for a well maintained, perfectly located RV Park to buy, check out www.fsbo-riverbendrv.com for the details.
