    Question Non-reserved


    Just bought the software and have been going through the demo. I put in an inquiry. According to the manual the inquiry should get posted to the Non-reserved page, however it does not. I was able to search for the inquiry by last name and found it but I hope that there is a way to make sure the inquiry gets posted to the Non-reserved page. Am I missing something?

    The non-reserved page defaults to show "Waiting List", so be sure to change that (selection list at the top) to Inquiry.

    Also, it shows them according to the "First Night" of the reservation, so if the inquiry was for a future date be sure to adjust the From/To range of the report so the applicable dates are included.
