    I'm new too and hoping to find out how other campgrounds use the software. We installed it early this summer, but haven't really used it yet.

    One of the things I would like to know is what procedure others use to register campers, for instance, we thought we would enter information for reservations we take over the phone and then print the window tag and a receipt, but we are finding things a little cumbersome with the printing. We don't really know how to customize yet, so we are using the canned forms.

    Anyone care to share what procedure they use? what they print for the customer and what they keep?
