    Default A question for users

    We currently don't have too much business as our park is new. My question is do you all think it is worth starting to use now or wait until business picks up? Is it easy to use and navigate?

    If it was me, I would want to start with whatever I would use in the future. Why change systems in the middle. It may be overkill in some areas, but there are features included that would help any size operation. The occupancy reporting etc is something that is very tedious to do manually, but with just a couple of clicks you can print out all kinds of reports.

    For us CM was the best thing we have done, we now have a database of customers to use for thankyou notes, to confirm reservations and email upcoming events. Easy to learn and a lot of detail information to help grow your business.
