    Default Problem with Deposit Applied

    We have a new caretaker, and apparently when some of the guests who made deposits were checked in, the caretaker did not right-click on the customer's name in the rack to check them in. Whatever was done, we now have a situation where some customers that made deposits don't show that the deposits were applied. However, if you look at the transaction history, nothing is shown as owed. Our treasurer needs to see all the deposits that have been applied, and I don't know how to fix this. HELP!

    I don't understand quite what the situation is. I'm not sure if you mean there is not a deposit at all, or if there's a deposit but no "Dep Applied" transactions. If you look at the Reservation Transactions for the reservation, does it show the Deposit transaction? Does it also show the Charges/Taxes, so it has a $0 balance? Does it show a Dep Applied transaction?

    Sorry I took so long to reply. I believe we've figured out what's going on. It's rather complicated, so I won't take up space responding here. Thanks for your usual fast response!
