Default Error on Conneting to Master

I really blew it . . . changing Master & Workstations . . . I changed the numbers of the workstations and now the Workstations will not connect to the Master . . . I get the error pictured in the screenshot:

What do I have to do to fix this?

As far as the SmartHeap errors, I don't know what would cause those -- did you reboot the computer?

As far as changing workstations, make sure you follow the documented procedure below -- NEVER change "This workstation's ID", only change the "Master workstation ID".

    Yes,

    NOW I know.

The problem is, that I DID change the ID #'s . . .

    Now what?

I would leave them as they are now. Hopefully things were in sync before you changed the numbers, so you may be alright. But if you need to change master's again, be sure to change only the master's ID.

If you're unable to connect to the master -- did you verify the IP address of the (new) master is in the client's setting for the master's IP address?

I setup Master for network, made a backup to USB MemStick, then restarted computer and CM.
I took the backup.zip from the Master for the workstation, deleted all data from workstation, uninstalled then reinstalled campground_master_60.exe, started CM, restored from backup.zip, setup network, then error.

That doesn't answer the question I asked, and I don't know which error you're getting now.

    Okay,
It appears that the connection problem with the associated errors is being caused by the wireless router that we've been using for some time. Since the router was for this dedicated use and had not malf'ed previously, I overlooked that possibility.
I've been able to connect and sync via a different router.
So, the above error indications seem to point to an external router related malfunction.
    Thanks for your input.
    Best regards!
