    Default Complaint Department

    I was wondering about a way to keep track of the complaints made about the campground, the site themselves, rental units and other misc topics. I put the complaints about customers with a warning flag but was hoping for a little more options.

    Thanks for the suggestion. That does sound like it could be useful, and may become part of something else we're planning in the way of a "journal" function -- where "journal entries" can be added to reservations, customers, sites, etc. in conjunction with an audit trail of changes made.

    Said it all in the title.

    Both ideas are something I'd like to see incorporated in the new version.
