I just thought I would throw out an idea I've had for quite some time. In Canada, the camping season last only about 6 months, May to October. This makes it difficult to hire full-time staff and forces campground owners to hire many new employees year after year.

Has anyone thought about partnering with another campground in a different location in such a way that the peak seasons are offset, so that employees can be "shared".

It would obviously take a certain type of person to accept moving every 6 months, but it might not be that bad especially if housing was provided at each of the campgrounds so that the employees could just move back and forth between the two places, not having to look for residence each time.

Thoughts?
