    Angry payment issues with Hercules/leisure interactive

    Has anyone else been having trouble getting your payments from leisure interactive for your online reservations? They are 6 months, and over $10K behind in paying me. I have had it. Am i the only one with this issue????

    Default hercules

    payments are starting to trickle in now after me hounding them every day.

    Cheryl,

    Can you update us please on the payment situation? I am considering changing to online reservations. Overall, how satisfied are you with this decision?

    Default payment issues

    WE have been paid for the online reservations. I will be setting up a new payment system where the money comes straight to me. They are phasing out of the processing portion so is shouldn't be an issue in the future. All in all i am VERY pleased with the reservations system, other than the money issue.
