I know I read something about how to create and send a Thank you email, but I can't seem to find it. Can someone please let me know how to create one.

Also wondering if there is a way to automatically add an attachment. We have a comment card we would like to attached to each thank you email. I know you can manual add a file (attachment) but would like it automatic, so it is not forgotten.

No, there isn't an automatic attachment option.

Is it possible to add a link to a our website or Facebook for feedback? Thank You

Just put the URL in the text, like:

http://mysite.com/feedback.html

It will be a clickable link when they receive it.

Extra question if you can.
When sub linking a reservation to let's say...our boat docks. We allow our campers to reserve their boat docks for every weekend during the summer.
Right now I have to go into sub member linking and click each weekend for the summer. Can I not select several weekends in advance and reserve them?

No, there isn't any shortcut to select multiple weekends at once as sub-member reservations.
