How do I add Base Types

Hello,

I am trying to work with the color coding. The only "Base Types" I have are (Normal, Monthly, Group, Free Stay" so I believe some have been deleted. I am trying to color code our residents that pay annually but stay seasonally and those that pay annually and stay year round. How can I add a Base type for this?

You can't add Base types, and you would never need to. You need to add Reservation Types, and then create color schemes for those new Reservation Types, as explained in this article:
