Ok, this one is baffling. . . . some - and only some - of our daily reservations will not autocalc the rate, and will not show an amount when sending confirmation letters via eMail. Others work just fine, no problems with either. I've looked and looked at at the reservation, the customer record, and everywhere else, but unable to find anything different between the ones that do not work, and the ones that do.
I've checked my rates, pick lists, and everywhere else I can think of to no avail. FWIW, I can go in to either the reservation screen or conf letter and manually select the correct rates.
Where should I look next??
