    Default Query

I am building a Query that limits the Office Host to only see certain transactions for their reports. I imported the sample query “Charges by category” to accomplish this. I have about 20 different categories and when I open the query all 20 categories are shown. By using “Edit Filtering Conditions” I have been able to limit the transactions seen to “only” the 6 categories I want seen, even though all 20 categories still show in the query. The remaining 14 just show a zero ($0.00) in their column. This is my question. Is their a way in the query to eliminate the unneeded 14 Categories so their not seen leaving “only” the 6 categories that I want the Office Host to see. Basically streamlining the query for a more visually pleasing look.

You changed the wrong filtering condition. Edit the Category axis and edit the Group Headings Conditional Expression, which already excludes the non-charge categories, to also remove the other ones you don't want to see (or change it to ONLY include the 6 you do want).

    Default Thank you

Thank Stan. How easy was that. Almost embarrassing. It works really well.
