The Rack

We have 4 different Tier site levels in our park. To separate them on the rack I made up a few blank sites, gave them a drab color and placed them between the different Tiers on the rack. Worked great except it changed the Occupancy Report percentage in a negative way, so I had to do away with the blank site idea. My question, is there a way to create a horizontal line that I can place between the different Tiers on the rack. Kind of like the vertical red line that divides yesterday and today on the rack. Or is there something else that can be done that I'm missing. And as always Thank you

Hello Ho Hum,

You can try creating the different tiers on the rack as mentioned and take
advantage of the filtering option.

By utilizing the filtering, the blank sites created will not be included in
the Occupancy report.

Go to REPORTS-->Occupancy Report-->Click on "Site/Reservation
Filtering"-->Click on "Site Filtering..."
Select and highlight all the sites needed for the occupancy report and
exclude(not highlighted) the sites created to separate the different
tiers-->Click OK-->Click OK
Back to Occupancy Report menu, click/select []Use filtering.-->Close

Well sometimes!!!! It really can't be that easy. I guess I over thought that one.
