Sending E mail Confirmation Notices

I Do not know how to resolve this issue:

"E mail account login and/or password has changed and needs updating in SMTP SETTINGS"

Changed e mail password in SMTP settings; still can not send email

Please advise

What SMTP server are you using? GMail? Yahoo? Other? What are your host name, port, SSL/TLS, and Authentication method setttings?
