Thread: Batch Email Invoicing

    Default Batch Email Invoicing

    Not sure if I did (or didn't) do something after entering new meter readings.
    I updated and added the charges then I thought I'd try the "E-Mail" invoice feature....

    The emails all went out..... BUT ..... no invoices nor amounts were attached or included in the email, just the general text....

    Did I miss something or does the program not attach the amount or balance due.

    You probably didn't select an E-mail form that included the transactions (e.g. left it on the default "E-mail confirmation" selection), or else you don't have the new E-mail invoice forms at all. If you're not sure what I mean, please E-mail us directly. This forum is not a good way to handle support issues.

    Default Solved..

    I neglected to change the email form in the batch printing...
    Stan, you can delete this thread if you want..
