We have heard that it's possible to run Campground Master on a Mac without installing Windows on a virtual machine (like Parallels), using "Crossover" software available from CodeWeavers.com. We are unable to confirm this, but if it does work then it's a much "lighter weight" alternative if you have no other need for Windows on your Mac computer.
