Q: Are you available for tech support on weekends?
Yes, we are available on weekends. In fact that's a slower time so you'll probably get an even faster response. As always, just leave a message if we don't answer immediately (we're probably helping other customers), and we'll reply as soon as possible.
Of course E-mail is also an efficient way to get support, and we will respond as quickly as possible (almost always within a couple hours).
