Before you can send Text messages from Campground Master (and in fact before the option will even appear to do so), you must configure the Texting setup and have a Messaging Service in place. See that section for details (under Maintenance /Text Messaging Setup / Messaging Service Setup). Once that is configured, then you will have a button on the Transactions dialog to "Send Text Form".
You will have some Text forms to select from, including a default form "Text Receipt" for sending a simple receipt to the customer. If the Transactions are for a Customer or Reservation, and if the customer has "opted in" one or more phone numbers, then those numbers will automatically be shown to select from. Otherwise, you will need to manually enter the phone number to send the text to (assuming you have the sufficient Access Level).
